We offer three plans tailored to your needs, from budget-friendly options to full-service care. Our services include watering, leaf cleaning, pest control, and even plant rentals for businesses. Do you sell plants?
Yes, we sell a curated selection of houseplants and plant care tools to help you build your green oasis. Although we may not deal with plants in bulk this allows us to hand nurture each plant before leaving our care. Keep an eye on our shop for new arrivals and products!
How do you ensure plants arrive safely?
We carefully package all plants to protect them during transit. Larger plants are hand-delivered for extra care, and smaller plants are shipped with eco-friendly materials to keep them snug and secure.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We do our best to ensure safe delivery, but if your plant arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include a photo, and we’ll work with you to make it right, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Hey, I have zero plant experience. Can I still keep plants alive?
Absolutely! Our plant care services and beginner-friendly plans are here to guide you every step of the way. Whether you're a first-time plant parent or just a bit unsure, we make it simple and stress-free to keep your plants thriving.
Are your plants pet-friendly?
Some of our plants are safe for pets, while others may be toxic if ingested. To help you make an informed choice. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask!
Do you do local delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery for our plants within certain areas. Delivery fees and times depend on your location, please check our delivery details for more information.
Can I return a plant if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on live plants unless they arrive damaged or unhealthy. For non-living products like pots or accessories, returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Do I need to be home during your visits?
Not at all! As long as we have access to your plants, we can care for them while you’re away. Whether you’re at work or on holiday, we’ll make sure your greenery stays in top shape.
Can you repot my plant for me?
Yes, we offer a repotting service! Whether it’s a plant from our store or one you already own, we’ll make sure it’s properly potted with the right soil and space to thrive.
